EM actually liked this quite a lot. Of course she didn't eat any of the asparagus or pepper but still...

Asparagus Chicken Pasta Salad

1 cup Hellmann's Real, Light or Ultra Low Fat Mayonnaise 250 mL

1/4 cup Hellmann's Dijonnaise Creamy Mustard 50 mL

2 tbsp lemon juice 30 mL

1 tsp salt 5 mL

1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper 2 mL

2 cups tricolour fusilli pasta, cooked and drained 500 mL

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed 500 g

1/2 lb asparagus spears, cooked and cut into 2 inch (5 cm) pieces. 250 g

1 red pepper, diced 1

In large bowl combine mayonnaise, Dijonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Stir in pasta, chicken, asparagus and red pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
