Dating
One of the best parts about being married has to be being removed from the hell of dating. I was just talking to an older friend of mine in her 70's and just before she left for a 5 week visit with her son her boyfriend proposed. When she returned he was in love with another. And the sad details sound exactly like they did in all those tortuous years of my 20s and early 30s. Makes me sad and mad too. I'd like to just kick his butt to the curb.

Wow, that is crappy. I would have expected more from someone with so much experience in life...I really want to make a comment on the stereotypes of men, but I shall refrain.
