My Hot Cross Buns




I really liked how these turned out. I've only made the no-knead bread once and I cooked it a bit too long so it wasn't just crunchy on the outside it was hard like cement. It's funny but I never seem to remember to start it at night. It will be the next morning and I'll think why didn't I start it last night! I found a stoneware 2L pot at Canadian Tire for $12 which seemed to be big enough for a single recipe. Will report back!

I still haven't found a pot. Even at Canadian Tire.

I bought a loaf of mana bread yesterday. It's made with sprouted grain. I think I might like to try that. Maybe...

I didnt use the NKbread didn't plan that far in advance. but i did use Julie's recipe
