Bzz Agent had another thing for me to review... a book called

Word of Mouth

by the founder Dave Balter. You could buy it online or download it for free... why would anyone buy it when they can get it for free is a question that my mennonite ancestors are begging me to ask. Anyway the whole concept is interesting and the book is full of cool stories about how Crocs became the in thing to the power of word of mouth for the iphone.
